"Sooo not sure this is the real coffee"
I ordered what I thought was my usual Italian coffee, but the taste and even the packaging felt a little off. I can’t prove anything, but it just didn’t seem authentic to meee. I was disappointed and wouldn’t order it again
"Nice Italian coffee options, but a bit limited"
I found a couple of good Italian coffee brands here and ended up getting what I needed, so that was a plus. The only thing is the selection felt a little small. A few specific items I was looking for, like certain roast options, were either missing or out of stock. Overall it was a decent experience, and the coffee I got was good, but I’d definitely like to see a bit more variety on the shelves

"Pretty solid place to buy coffee, even if a few things sell out"
I had a good experience browsing italybestcoffee.com and ended up finding most of the coffee I was hoping to buy, which was nice because I can be a little picky when it comes to certain brands. A couple of the options I had in mind were out of stock when I checked, so that was a bit disappointing, but it wasn’t a huge problem since there were still plenty of other coffees to choose from. The site was easy enough to move around, and I didn’t have to spend forever trying to figure out where things were. Overall, I’d say the availability was decent, and even though not everything was in stock, I still found something I was happy to order.

"Checkout Didn’t Work for Me"
I was ready to order some coffee, but the payment options were way too limited for what I usually use. I don’t really want to jump through extra hoops just to buy something, and the checkout felt kind of outdated and frustrating.
The coffee might be great, but I wouldn’t know because I gave up before finishing the order. If they added more normal payment choices, I’d probably try again, but right now it’s just not worth the hassle for me

"Took a minute, but they fixed it"
My order just kind of sat there without updating for a few days, which was a bit annoying, so I ended up messaging support. It took them a little while to get back to me, not super fast or anything, but once they did, they were polite and got it sorted. Coffee showed up fine after that, so... yeah. Not flawless, but they handled it in the end and I’d probably order again

"Mobile checkout is a clunky little mess"
Tried using the site on my phone and, wow, what a headache. Pages were loading super slow, and the checkout kept throwing me off like some confused little gremlin. I just wanted to buy something, not wrestle with a busted mobile experience.

"Got the wrong pods in my order"
I ordered three bags of Lavazza beans and one pack of decaf pods, but somehow ended up with two boxes of pods I didn’t ask for. The beans were correct, at least, so it wasn’t a complete disaster.
Customer support got back to me the next day and said they’d resend the right ones, which is fine, but I still had to wait around and deal with the mix-up. Not the end of the world, but not exactly what you hope for when you place a simple order.

"I ended up giving up at checkout"
In the end, I just gave up. I was trying to order some coffee, but the checkout process was such a headache. My card got declined twice even though it works fine everywhere else, and then after I re-entered all my info, the page froze. Frustrating first experience ordering from them.

"Frustrating tracking experience"
I ordered from italybestcoffee.com the tracking part was really frustrating for me. I barely got any clear updates, and when I reached out to ask where my package was, the replies didn’t really help much. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated — I just wanted to know where my order was and when it might arrive. It ended up taking longer than I expected, and the whole experience made me feel like my order wasn’t really being looked after. Personally, I wouldn’t order from them again...

"Noticing the price-to-quality just doesn’t line up"
I keep trying to figure out what makes this coffee cost as much as it does, but the pieces just don’t really add up for me. The coffee itself was fine, nothing bad, but nothing that stood out either. For the price, I expected a lot more flavor or something memorable. As it is, it felt like an average cup with a premium price tag

"Getting my refund was more frustrating than expected"
I had to return an item recently, the whole process felt messy. It took longer than I expected, and I found myself having to check in more than once just to figure out what was going on. The refund did eventually come through, but the experience was more of a hassle than I hoped it would be.

"Pretty quick delivery, with a tiny delay"
I ordered from italybestcoffee.com and, overall, the parcel got to me faster than I was expecting. I think I got the tracking info the next day, and it was easy to follow, though it didn’t seem to update at every single point along the way.
I’m giving 4 stars because it looked like the package maybe sat for about a day before it actually started moving. After that, though, shipping was quick, the box arrived in good shape, and nothing was damaged, so I’m happy with it overall.

"Took forever and wasn’t worth the hassle"
The delivery experience was frustrating. My order showed up way later than I expected, and there were barely any updates while I was waiting, which made it even more annoying. The coffee might’ve been okay, but by the time it finally arrived, I was already irritated. I don’t think I’d order from them again...
